General Terms and Conditions

• The promoter of the football pool is the licensee.
• Participation in the football pool is free of charge.
• All natural persons who are 16 years of age or older may participate. Successful application is required for participation. Each person may only participate in the football pool once. In the event of a violation against this rule, the licensee reserves the right to delete the respective player.
• The specifications defined under Rules of Play apply for participation in the football pool. The player receives points for each correct prediction as defined in the Rules of Play. Predictions may only be made using the specified form. Only predictions which have been entered at least 5 minutes before the start of the respective match will be considered.
• The fifteen best individual players and the pool group with the most points receive prizes as defined under Prizes. If multiple players or pool groups have the same number of points, the winners shall be determined by the higher number of 'triples', in other words the exact results. Employees of the licensee may participate in the football pool, however will not be eligible for prizes.
• The winners are notified by email. The distribution of prizes takes place shortly after the football pool. Personal data is only saved and use for the purpose of participating in the pool.
• If player or group names with pornographic or right-extremist content are used, the licensee reserves the right to delete any such players or groups without exception.
• The licensee reserves the right to end the competition at any time without prior notification, if proper performance of the football pool cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. virus in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware/software) or on legal grounds.
• The licensee makes no guarantee for the fault-free use of its football pool.
• The licensee reserves the right to change these conditions of participation without prior notification.
• The licensee further reserves the right to cancel prizes on certain grounds (such as delivery difficulties or unavailability) and to replace them with prizes of equal or higher value.
• Decisions are final.
